Our Professional Staff Will Help With Your Cancellations!

You can request to cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment.

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs may apply!

What you can do if your Cancellation has been Denied

  • If you wish to keep your item(s) there is no further action needed.
  • If you wish to return your unwanted item(s) you can do so once you have received your item(s). To get started, view your recent orders and select the item you want to return.

Cancelling a Return

Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? Don’t worry! As long you still have the item in your possession, you can easily cancel the return from My Orders.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be.

Damaged Or Defective Item Policy:

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date. Simply visit My Orders to get started.

 

Received the Wrong Item

If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we will get the correct item to you for free within 30 days of delivery. Simply visit My Orders to get started.

Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

Can't Find Your Package?

Missing packages can be stressful, but not to worry! Most items turn up for our customers within six days. Here are some things to try:

1) Check that your shipping address is correct.

Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To:” on the My Orders page.

2) Check around your home or building, or with neighbors.

Boxes may have been left at backdoors, hidden behind bushes, or at the address next door.

3) Give it six days.

Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within six days of a false scan

4) Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.

Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

5) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.

Contact the Carrier

  • Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • To contact FedEx, call 1-800-463-3339.
  • For UPS, submit a claim or call 1-866-742-5877.
